Installation of nebulization Irrigation

This type of irrigation is also known as the "Fog system”. It's about a system by which water droplets come out pulverized to a size very small by a small diameter until they form a fine mist for a few seconds. The water droplets crash into a concave wall that fires them and spread across the surface and when the ambient temperature evaporates it drops and cools down.

Mist irrigation is highly installed in greenhouses and for the production of seedlings, cuttings and fungus.

System Application Areas

  • Increased humidity inside a greenhouse.
  • Greenhouse snack (combined with a ventilation system).
  • Application of automated treatments of water-soluble products.
  • Mist irrigation.
  • Irrigation of seedbeds and greenhouses.

The flow rates and drop let-and-drop size are adjustable, only changing the nozzle, depending on the use that is necessary.Water pressure can also be regulated better adapted to the type of installation and your needs.

Parts of the system of nebulization irrigation

  • Pumping equipment: adequate pressure and flow supply.
  • Filtration: with the appropriate filtration thickness to prevent nozzle obstruction.
  • Application of water-soluble products using the appropriate system.
  • Required pipe network.
  • Nebulizers.
