Plastic boilers - Tanks and reactors
We manufacture tanks and reactors, for water or chemicals products,in different sizes.We use plastic materials more suitable and resistant to chemical agents, pressure and temperature, suchlike; PE, PP, PVDF AND PVC.
Our experience of 40 years in the sector has placed us as one of the leading companies in the manufacture of reactors and tanks for the storage of different chemicals, food, water, etc.
Each case is different, which is why in our factory we contemplate the realization of very different tanks and reactors. We have some tanks of a standard character and easier installation, or else we configure the totally customized piece according to the specifications indicated by the customer.
Always taking into account that we work under compliance with DVS 2205 and in accordance with the requirements of EN12573-2, making the deposit suitable for a subsequent APQ certification.
At the Llaberia Group factory we are continuously manufacture tanks and reactors in the most demanded sizes and materials in order to always have units in stock of all our products ready for our Customers.
In all the projects under the plastic lime floor plan that we carry out a previous study to determine what type of piece is most recommended for the customer, always following the parameters that this defines us.
In many cases the standard type tanks do not adapt to the customer’s need, so thanks to having our own workshop we can design and develop the product as requested and leave it ready to proceed to its installation.
In addition, we want to make our tank and/or thermoplastic tank calculation service more known, prior to the design.
We can study the project according to the liquid to contain, temperature, pressure, capacity, etc. Also the most suitable material that should be worked with taking into account all possible factors: trawling forces, reduction coefficients, safety coefficients, densities, service life…
Both rectangular and circular tanks/tanks, with tapered or flat lid, without lid, with tapered or inclined bottom. All of them with reinforcements, handles, exits, visors, brackets, profiles, etc. Any element can be considered and made to measure.
We offer the possibility to add additional elements to the tanks, if required, such as pumping equipment,valves, etc.
